You do not need to bring your own towel. Clean, fresh, hygienic towels are provided. We have excellent facilities and clients can use our shower facilities before or after treatments (please note: shower is only allowed to clients who have a two hour booking or are regulars). Toilet facilities available on ground floor.
Advance booking is recommended. First come first serve is dependent on how serious your pain is. This is for (THAI MASSAGE ONLY).
BEFORE
Before you book an appointment please discuss with your health and any health problems that you want me to work on. By doing this I can help you find the right treatment. All personal and medical information will be kept confidential.
I advise clients not to take any pain killers, balm, cream or any oils prior to coming for treatment.
Massage is a fantastic method of relieving stress, aches and pain, and can help in many ways. However, it is not suitable for everyone, in particular people with heart conditions, pregnant, or high blood pressure.
People who have not experienced Thai massage before may feel very tired for up to 2 days after. This is very similar to the aches you may feel after exercising such as swimming, or going to the gym. Some people may feel fine the next day, but everyone is different.
- Please take a shower and wash your feet before I start the treatment.
- Do not take alcohol before coming for treatment.
- Let us know if you are having any reactions to the oil or Thai balm.
AFTER
We recommend the following after treatment:
- Drink plenty of water
- Do not drink alchohol after treatment as this can make you feel very tired the next day.
- Take a walm salt bath before you go to bed.
Cancellation Policy
Please be aware that missed appointments cost money and a fee 50% may be charged in certain circumstances and may prevent someone in pain receiving treatment. 24 hour notice is required for any cancellations. Thank you for understanding.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Please be considerate, as we receive many nonsense calls. We do not answer the phone to withheld numbers. We advise clients to provide your ID phone number and we will happy to return your call.
PLEASE NOTE
As already offer a very good discount to clients if you are purchasing a course of treatment, or a special gift voucher, but please be considerate when you are booking an appointment. we advise you to arrive on time and if you are going to be late or can’t keep your appointment, please let me know as soon as possible. Otherwise you may prevent other clients from having treatment who really need it.
